1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the XWONBET website, mobile applications, or any services provided by XWONBET (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform.

• You are not acting on behalf of any person or entity located in a restricted jurisdiction.
• You are not a professional gambler or using the Platform for commercial purposes without our express written consent.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Account Creation

To use certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

3.2 One Account Per User

Each user is strictly limited to one account. Creating multiple accounts (alter egos) is a violation of these Terms and may result in:

• Immediate suspension or termination of all associated accounts
• Forfeiture of all funds in all associated accounts
• Permanent ban from using the Platform
• Legal action where applicable

Our system actively monitors and flags multiple accounts from the same IP address, device fingerprint, or personal information.

3.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. XWONBET is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account.

3.4 Account Verification

XWONBET reserves the right to request verification of your identity and age at any time. You agree to provide such information and documentation as we may reasonably request. Failure to comply with verification requests may result in account suspension or termination.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

Deposits are processed using cryptocurrency. You may deposit funds to your XWONBET account by sending cryptocurrency to the wallet address provided on the deposit page. Deposits are generally credited after 1-3 network confirmations.

• Minimum Deposit: 10 USDT equivalent
• Maximum Deposit: No limit
• Deposit Fees: None (we cover network fees)

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed automatically to your cryptocurrency wallet. You may withdraw funds at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum Withdrawal: 20 USDT equivalent
• Maximum Withdrawal: No limit for verified accounts
• Withdrawal Fees: Network fees apply (BTC: 0.0001 BTC, USDT: 1 USDT, ETH: 0.001 ETH)
• Processing Time: 5-30 minutes depending on network congestion

4.3 Withdrawal Policy

XWONBET reserves the right to:

• Review withdrawals for suspicious activity
• Request additional verification before processing withdrawals
• Reverse withdrawals if an error occurred
• Refuse withdrawals if prohibited activity is suspected

4.4 Inactive Accounts

Accounts inactive for 12 months may be subject to an administrative fee of 5 USDT per month. You will be notified before any fees are deducted.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotions are subject to these Terms and any specific terms applicable to each promotion. By participating in any promotion, you agree to the specific terms of that promotion in addition to these Terms.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Where applicable, bonuses may be subject to wagering requirements. Unless otherwise specified, wagering requirements must be met before any withdrawal of bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to abuse bonuses, including but not limited to:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses
• Using VPNs to bypass geo-restrictions
• Engaging in bonus hunting or arbitrage
• Collusion between players

may result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and winnings, account suspension, and permanent ban.

5.4 Referral Program

The referral program allows you to earn 20% of the house edge from your referrals' bets. Referral earnings are credited instantly and can be withdrawn at any time. Abuse of the referral program may result in forfeiture of referral earnings and account suspension.

6. Game Rules

6.1 General Game Rules

All games on the Platform utilize provably fair technology, ensuring that game outcomes are verifiable and tamper-proof. You can verify the fairness of any game round using the verification tools provided on the Platform.

6.2 Roulette

• Players may bet on red, black, or green.
• Red and black bets pay 2x (return bet amount + equal winnings).
• Green bets pay 14x (return bet amount + 13x winnings).
• The house edge is approximately 2.7%.

6.3 Crash

• Players bet on an increasing multiplier.
• The game crashes at a random multiplier.
• Players must cash out before the crash to win.
• If you don't cash out before the crash, you lose your bet.

6.4 Coinflip

• Players bet on heads or tails.
• Two players are matched with equal bets.
• The winner takes 95% of the total pot (5% house fee).

6.5 Jackpot

• Players contribute to a growing prize pool.
• Each bet increases your chance of winning proportionally.
• The winner is randomly selected based on bet amounts.
• The winner takes 91% of the total pot (9% house fee).

6.6 Disputes

In the event of a dispute regarding game results, our provably fair verification system serves as the final authority. You may verify any game round independently. XWONBET's records shall be conclusive in the event of any disagreement.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Multiple Accounts: Creating or using more than one account per user.
• Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen credit cards, chargebacks, or any form of payment fraud.
• Money Laundering: Attempting to launder money through the Platform.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Bonus Abuse: Abusing bonuses or promotions as defined in Section 5.
• VPN/Proxy Use: Using VPNs or proxies to bypass geo-restrictions or account limitations.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, or automated systems to play games.
• Exploits: Exploiting any bugs or vulnerabilities in the Platform.
• Misrepresentation: Providing false information or impersonating others.
• Harassment: Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users or staff.
• Unlawful Conduct: Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, XWONBET and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill
• Any damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Platform
• Any damages resulting from unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data
• Any damages resulting from statements or conduct of any third party on the Platform
• Any damages resulting from any other matter relating to the Platform

In no event shall XWONBET's total liability to you exceed the amount of funds in your account at the time of the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

9. Account Termination

9.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, you may withdraw any remaining funds in your account, subject to these Terms.

9.2 Termination by XWONBET

XWONBET may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms
• Suspected fraudulent or illegal activity
• Request by law enforcement or regulatory authority
• Inactivity for 24 months
• Any other reason deemed appropriate by XWONBET

9.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform immediately ceases. Any funds in your account may be forfeited if termination is for cause (violation of Terms). You may withdraw funds if termination is without cause.

10. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to Terms

XWONBET reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Platform and, where appropriate, by email. Your continued use of the Platform after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Isle of Man, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of the Isle of Man.

The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply to these Terms.
